We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Sales to lead and grow our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be Russian-speaking with strong knowledge of the UAE property market.
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue
Train and mentor sales agents to enhance performance and productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
Oversee sales operations, reporting, and pipeline management
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head of Sales / Sales Manager in Dubai real estate
Strong track record of closing deals
Russian speaker (mandatory)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of Dubai's property market and developer projects
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
