We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to oversee and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and a proven track record in both primary and secondary sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for both off-plan and ready properties

Manage and lead a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed targets

Handle market dealings, client presentations, and negotiations

Monitor performance metrics and coach agents for continuous improvement

Present and implement strategy proposals for scaling sales performance

Build and maintain long-term client and developer relationships

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate

Valid UAE driving license

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Energetic, with excellent communication and convincing skills

Proven experience handling both primary and secondary markets

Must come prepared with a sales strategy proposal
