Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to position the company effectively.
Sales Management:
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team across different regions.
Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analytics.
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics markets.
Represent the company in high-level negotiations and presentations with clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
Reporting:
Provide regular sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reports to senior management.
