Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a
sales leadership role
within the
construction, interior design, or fit-out industry
Strong expertise in CRM systems, sales pipelines, and reporting
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Oversee client acquisition, key account management, and contract negotiations
Analyze sales performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
