Job Description

The Head of Sales & CRM is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and overseeing customer relationship management to ensure excellent client experience and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team Oversee CRM systems to track leads, clients, and sales performance Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners Identify new business opportunities and market trends in construction, interior design, and fit-out projects Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience in sales leadership within construction, interior design, or fit-out sectors Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset
