Location: International City, Phase 2, Dubai Job Type: Full-time, 6 Days a Week Position Overview: As the Head of Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize player retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You will lead a team of retention specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Retention Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to increase player loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize player lifetime value.
Analyze player behavior, preferences, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Player Engagement Programs:
Design and implement targeted player engagement programs, promotions, and campaigns to enhance player experience and satisfaction.
Utilize data-driven insights to personalize communications and offers for different player segments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives.
Work closely with product teams to enhance product features and offerings based on player feedback and preferences.
Retention Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key retention metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate retention performance and trends to senior management.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of retention specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional growth and development.
Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the retention team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the i-Gaming industry, with a focus on player retention management.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful retention strategies that drive player loyalty and engagement.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
