Location: International City, Phase 2, Dubai Job Type: Full-time, 6 Days a Week Position Overview: As the Head of Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize player retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You will lead a team of retention specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Retention Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to increase player loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize player lifetime value.
  • Analyze player behavior, preferences, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Player Engagement Programs:
  • Design and implement targeted player engagement programs, promotions, and campaigns to enhance player experience and satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to personalize communications and offers for different player segments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with product teams to enhance product features and offerings based on player feedback and preferences.
Retention Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key retention metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate retention performance and trends to senior management.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of retention specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional growth and development.
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the retention team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the i-Gaming industry, with a focus on player retention management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful retention strategies that drive player loyalty and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
