Our client is a well-established international FX broker and online trading platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a senior manager with extensive FOREX payments experience from the from the FinTech sector to join their UAE team.The Head of FOREX payment solutions will be responsible for the expansion, implementation and monitoring of payment solutions to drive revenue growth through optimizing the customer experience, acquisition and retention.It is mandatory to have related experience in FX trading, CFDs, FOREX, FinTech, payments, financial services, digital wallets, digital loyalty programs, retail banking sectors.Role Summary. Competitor and market analysis to develop partner network relationships to leverage existing payments solutions and create innovative payment experiences.. Due diligence of new payment solutions providers and manage their onboarding and integration for operational readiness.. Oversee payment providers' contracts and ensure the... seamless integration of payment solutions.. Manage ongoing relationships with third parties from a product perspective, identifying areas for growth improvement.. Establish key performance metrics and measurements to ensure continuous improvement - latency, chargeback, fraud, authentication rate.Mandatory Skills & Experience. 8+ years' strong experience in payment gateways and processing, payment facilitation and anti-fraud mechanisms.. Strong business, commercial and financial acumen.. UAE driving license is mandatory.Candidate Profile. Currently living in the United Arab Emirates. Fluent in English. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a professional work ethic.Education. Bachelor's degree
