Job Description
Best in class delivery for identified clients:
- Develop and execute effective PR campaigns for identified clients
- Monitor results of PR efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and increase their level of satisfaction and engagement
- Work collaboratively in evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Contribute to the overall direction and vision of the agency\'s PR efforts
- Organize PR team efforts in managing client\xe2\x80\x99s events and campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with the team
- Mentor and guide team members in their professional development
- Overseeing the daily operations of the public relations team and Assigning tasks\\projects to the PR team and ensuring their level of engagement.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the PR & communication industry trends that affect NNC or clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Anticipate client needs and set up internal processes to meet or exceed them
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas for PR campaigns
- Pitch ideas confidently to clients and present the agency\'s creative vision
- Insure and control the quality of all interviews and press releases to promote our clients presence and brand awareness.
- Oversee the technical aspects of PR campaigns, including the use of relevant digital platforms and tools
- Managing all public relations budgets and financial expenses.
- Quality control and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Directing and motivating teams of PR to help them use their talents effectively
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the PR team.
- Set objectives for the PR team and monitor team members\xe2\x80\x99 performance
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field
- +6 years of experience in managing & directing a public relations team in PR Agencies.
- Creative thinking with an affinity for innovation and problem-solving.
- Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
- Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills
