Monitor results of PR efforts and make recommendations for improvement
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and increase their level of satisfaction and engagement
Work collaboratively in evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Thought Leadership:
Contribute to the overall direction and vision of the agency\'s PR efforts
Organize PR team efforts in managing client\xe2\x80\x99s events and campaigns
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with the team
Mentor and guide team members in their professional development
Overseeing the daily operations of the public relations team and Assigning tasks\\projects to the PR team and ensuring their level of engagement.
Maintain a keen understanding of the PR & communication industry trends that affect NNC or clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
Account Management:
Anticipate client needs and set up internal processes to meet or exceed them
Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas for PR campaigns
Pitch ideas confidently to clients and present the agency\'s creative vision
Operating and Technical Requirements:
Insure and control the quality of all interviews and press releases to promote our clients presence and brand awareness.
Oversee the technical aspects of PR campaigns, including the use of relevant digital platforms and tools
Managing all public relations budgets and financial expenses.
Quality control and troubleshoot issues as they arise
People Management:
Directing and motivating teams of PR to help them use their talents effectively
Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for team members
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the PR team.
Set objectives for the PR team and monitor team members\xe2\x80\x99 performance
Requirements
Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field
+6 years of experience in managing & directing a public relations team in PR Agencies.
Creative thinking with an affinity for innovation and problem-solving.
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills
