Leadership and Team Management:

Maintain and develop high levels of engagement and regular communication with the team to ensure all members work towards realizing and achieving the department goals

provide leadership to your team by clearly identifying roles and responsibilities and managing their performance. Ensure that all function's tasks are adequately resourced both in terms of quality and quantity of resources

Develop the subordinates' skills & provide a defined and clear career path.

Delegate responsibilities to subordinates as needed.

Enhance value added business partnership to drive business performance across the group

Interactions with senior stakeholders within the Consumer Banking Group team and senior stakeholders from other groups.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Job Context :

Responsible for establishing a sustainable engagement model with the various channels, business units & external entities and ensure meeting the segment priorities by establishing strong partnerships across the franchise.

Manage the relationship with the various Housing Authorities across UAE and ensure that the specific requirements and agreed action points are met swiftly and accurately.

Maintaining and Develop the strategic relationship with all concerned Government entities.

Responsible for establishing a sustainable & market leading proposition for the segment; and ensuring a differentiated USP for the segment in the market.

Provide the adequate support and submit proposals for Developing, re-engineering, implementing, and managing National Housing Loans (NHL) Governance.

Responsible for building SLAs/SOPs relationships with key stakeholders within the department ensuring the requirements are in line with stakeholder requirements.

Find and create profit opportunities from the portfolio of other units.

Collaborate and manage strategic relationship with branches & sales channels providing segment support to ensure revenue & balance sheet growth through expanding channel efficiency.

provide critical customer portfolio insights thus creating higher propensity to cross sell

Periodic training of the sales team to ensure knowledge transfer resulting in successful sales.

Enhance the momentum in business through launching campaigns & offers etc.

Collaborate with other business units (credit / compliance / legal) to ensure seamless delivery / product bookings

Collaborates with IT, Digital transformation and mobile platforms teams in order to develop innovative and efficient electronic delivery solutions for assigned products and services ensuring client satisfaction.

Establish a sustainable customer engagement model for the segment; thus ensuring the right offer & campaign suitable to drive the segment business development objective

Ensures customer's interest at the core of product propositions through effective communication & marketing campaigns

Devise effective solutions to enhance portfolio profitability - Repricing through top up offers

Ensure NHL is the growth engine for the bank & thus devise processes & framework for effective cross sell

Ensure that the product life cycle methodology is employed in customer life cycle management.

Reviews standard operating procedures and suggest amendment required, if any in line with any regulatory requirements and/or developments.

Responsible for Identifying new procedures and on-going process improvement of existing operational procedures.

Provide service enhancement proposals to the NHL management unit from time to time

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance (or related discipline), Masters Degree is preferred.

Experience in National Housing Authorities is preferred.

High sense of sales drive and energy levels. Ability to thrive in high pressure environments.

Good knowledge of banking practice and theory.

Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills.
