Job Description
We\'re recruiting on behalf of a fast growing asset manager based in the UAE, for an individual to assume the pivotal role of Head of Operations/Head of Finance (COO/CFO) as part of their ongoing expansion.
This individual will lead the operational and financial management of the fund. This strategic position will involve overseeing finance, operations, IT, and HR teams. The ideal candidate will be able to bring top tier international practice and best in class governance, whilst also having hands on experience and an understanding of the dynamic / agile nature of working for a mid sized firm in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement international standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive operational efficiency and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within asset management or fund management.
- Extensive experience overseeing fund operations and structures.
- Adaptability to the agile dynamics of a rapidly growing organization.
- Ability to implement international standards and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services and fund management industry.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
