About Our Client
Our client who is a leader in Hotel Asset and Management sector operates across North Africa and Middle East. Has a diversified portfolio of luxury hotel properties across the Middle East
Reporting to The Board of Directors. You will be responsible for:
Responsible for overlooking the Profit/Loss, revenue, and expenses for multiple Hotel properties across the Middle East and Egypt
Analyzing hotel asset costs, and preparing weekly and monthly operation reports to the Board of Directors
Participating in the development of hotel strategic plans with executive leadership
Managing a diversified portfolio of luxury hotel asset properties, while providing long-term strategies to maximize profitability and minimizing risks

The Successful Applicant
15 years of experience within a Asset Management or Equity consulting background
Previous background within the Hospitality industry is preferred
Strong skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office suite, financial reporting tools
Understands Asset management feasibility, P/L analysis
Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic is a bonus
