Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing and Business Development to
join their team in Dubai. You will be working with a team of qualified practitioners, lawyers, accountants
and other business consultants to provide our clients with a wide range of comprehensive and practical
advice to navigate the potential legal and administrative pitfalls in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a creative and engaging marketing strategy of integrated marketing
programs including marketing plan, to continue to build brand awareness
brand activations, PR and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Collaborate within teams across the business to develop strategic and tactical activity (concept to
delivery) across multi-channels in line with the marketing calendar, focusing on retaining current
customers, engaging new customers, and growing sales.
- Ensure consistency in the brand\'s tone of voice and brand values are well represented at all times.
- Identification and development of new business opportunities, markets and strategic partnerships
to grow the business
- Lead and deliver campaigns through Offline, Digital and Social Media channels
- Preparation and handling of different marketing and advertising materials.
- Planning and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Developing and writing content for company articles, newsletters and factsheets.
- Initiating and supporting Media and PR activities in collaboration with PR agencies
- Attending marketing sessions and events for networking with industry professionals and industry
networks.
- Organizing physical and online events aimed at both national and international markets.
- Preparing sector relevant information and market analysis; communicate business opportunities..
- Creating and maintaining a detailed report on the various marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar;
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in Marketing and Communications in the UAE; experience in the
legal and financial field a plus
- Highly motivated and creative individual with personal drive and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing and email marketing software like Google Analytics, Mailchimp and
CRM tools
- English speaking, other languages a plus
- Very good analytical, organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoying networking and meeting people
- Excellent team player and ability to work in an international team
- Highest level of personal integrity
