Head of Financial Analysis

to join our team.

Role Overview

The Head of Financial Analysis will lead internal financial analytics across the company's development and real estate projects. This is a strategic, in-house role focused on project feasibility, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the internal financial analysis function for development and real estate projects Build and manage financial models for project feasibility, cash flow, IRR, NPV, and ROI analysis Analyze project budgets, cost structures, and timelines; identify risks and optimization opportunities Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for senior leadership Monitor actual performance vs. forecasts and explain variances Support investment decisions, land acquisitions, and new project launches Collaborate closely with finance, development, sales, and executive teams Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of internal financial analytics
Requirements

5-7 years of overall experience in financial analysis, preferably in

real estate or development companies

Proven experience working

within the UAE

is strongly preferred Experience in

internal financial analytics

(not external consulting or audit-focused roles) Strong understanding of real estate development economics and project finance Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus

Fluent English and Russian are required

Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly Strategic mindset with high attention to detail
