Job Description
A reputable and well-established company is actively recruiting a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for their team in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, business modelling, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Develop and analyse financial reports and insightful presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance, identifying risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Improve FP&A processes, systems, and automation.
- BSc in Accounting / Finance, or International Certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA is a must.
- Big 4 experience.
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in FP&A with good knowledge of IFRS.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering at a senior level.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with ERP systems (Power BI, Tableau, ERP, etc.)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
