Head of F and B Development : Middle East Salary: 150,000:200,000 USD Location: Dubai or Bangkok Perks: Relocation Assistance, Temporary Accommodation, Benefits, Visa Sponsorship and more My client is a ultra:luxurious lifestyle hospitality group who are looking for a Head of Food and Beverage Development for their Middle East location. This will be a fully remote consultancy position until the office is set up working directly for the company. Responsibilities: * Overseeing different F and B concepts across the regions * Supporting the opening of properties in the pipeline * Reporting directly into the Chariman * Monitoring of F and B performances across the locations * Creating presentations * Effectively manage relationships with client contacts (client facing) and internal teams * Participation and input towards F and B Marketing activities * Development and maintenance of all department control procedures The Ideal Candidate: * Background in luxury hotels on a corporate level * 7+ years of experience in F and B development * Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders * Up:to:date with current trends and must have a genuine passion for all aspects of F and B * Bachelors degree or equivalent in hospitality management * Entrepreneurial mentality * Strong financial proficiency * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others * Even:tempered and able to manage stress and long working hours * Effective written and verbal communication skills Get in touch: COREcruitment COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
