We are looking for Head of Coating who will be responsible for External Coating, ICP and Custom Coating facilities in Hamriyah Freezone, SHARJAH with the following qualifications/preference:
We are looking for Head of Coating who will be responsible for External Coating, ICP and Custom Coating facilities in Hamriyah Freezone, SHARJAH with the following qualifications/preference:
- Ideal candidate should have min 12-15 years\' experience (min) and should have managed or worked in Plants for the following Coating on Carbon Steel Pipes (OD 3\xe2\x80\x9d - 100\xe2\x80\x9d)
- External Coating Plant coating 3 Layer Polyethylene (3LPE), 3 Layer Polypropylene (3LPP), Single Layer Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE), Dual Layer Fusion Bonded Epoxy (2FBE or DFBE)
- Internal Liquid Epoxy Coating. Experience with Internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy will be a significant advantage
- Coatings of Fittings (Elbows, Bends, Tees etc), Spools, and Custom Coating projects. Coating will be External (3LPE, FBE) and Internal (FBE).
- All facilities are designed to handle Pipes from 3\xe2\x80\x9d to 100\xe2\x80\x9d so experience handling Large Dia Pipes/Fittings (above 48\xe2\x80\x9d) will be an advantage
- In addition, candidate should have experience
- Production Planning
- Managing Workforce / Manpower Planning
- Implementing Automation to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Preferably who can join within 1-2 months.
