Agile Consultants is looking to hire a Head of Coating who will be responsible for External Coating, ICP, and Custom Coating facilities of our client in Sharjah.
Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 12-15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and should have managed or worked in Plants for the following Coating on Carbon Steel Pipes (OD 3\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x93 100\xe2\x80\x9d).
\xe2\x80\x93 External Coating Plant coating 3 Layer Polyethylene (3LPE), 3 Layer Polypropylene (3LPP), Single Layer Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE), Dual Layer Fusion Bonded Epoxy (2FBE or DFBE).
\xe2\x80\x93 Internal Liquid Epoxy Coating. Experience with Internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy will be a significant advantage.
\xe2\x80\x93 Coatings of Fittings (Elbows, Bends, Tees etc.), Spools, and Custom Coating projects. Coating will be External (3LPE, FBE) and Internal (FBE).
\xe2\x80\x93 All facilities are designed to handle Pipes from 3\xe2\x80\x9d to 100\xe2\x80\x9d so experience handling Large Dia Pipes/Fittings (above 48\xe2\x80\x9d) will be an advantage.
\xe2\x80\x93 Production Planning.
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing Workforce / Manpower Planning.
\xe2\x80\x93 Implementing Automation to improve productivity and reduce costs.
\xe2\x80\x93 Preferably who can join within 1-2 months.
