Hartland International School is looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Art to lead this subject across the whole school and help drive the expansion of the Secondary curriculum. The successful candidate will be required to show leadership in securing standards of excellence in teaching and learning and will have the necessary skills needed to devise a curriculum which will stimulate and motivate students to achieve. The school is currently offering Edexcel GCSE and A-Level. The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification
• Have experience of teaching the National Curriculum for England or IB either in the UK or in an international setting, with exceptional evidence of examination outcomes for students at GCSE and A-Level/ or at IB Diploma level.
• Have a minimum 5 years teaching experience
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Be committed to the Hartland Values
• Be able to provide a portfolio of work and student outcomes
