Job Summary:

We are seeking a

dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Accounts (Female)

to lead our finance and accounting operations in a fast-paced

jewellery manufacturing environment

. The ideal candidate will be

ACCA qualified or CA semi-qualified

, with a strong foundation in

general ledger accounting, production costing, and VAT compliance

. A

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to support decision-making Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with

IFRS

and local accounting standards Manage

VAT filing and compliance

in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations Supervise job order accounting and maintain cost tracking for each production batch Monitor and control

production costing

, conduct cost efficiency and margin analysis Ensure timely processing of utility payments, vendor reconciliations, and operational expense management Oversee

payroll processing

, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed Lead, train, and support the accounting team for continuous improvement in accounting processes and internal controls

Requirements:

Female candidates only

(mandatory for this role) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

ACCA qualified

or

CA semi-qualified

Minimum

5-7 years of accounting experience

, preferably in a

manufacturing setup

Strong knowledge of

costing, job order accounting

, and

inventory valuation

Proficiency in accounting software such as

Tally, ERP, QuickBooks

, or equivalent In-depth knowledge of

UAE VAT laws and filing requirements

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
