We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to manage the financial operations of our training facility. This role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, with a particular focus on managing revenue from course registrations, tracking training expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with educational or training-related finances is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage revenue recognition from course registrations, including online and in-person payments.
Track and reconcile training-related expenses, such as instructor fees, materials, and facility rentals.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including budget vs. actual reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
Assist with audits and tax preparation.
Potentially manage inventory of training materials and supplies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and program development, to provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 2 years of accounting experience in UAE preferably in a Training Facility.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including advanced functions).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho accounts system)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the education, training, or non-profit sector is a plus.
