KAVA Restaurant is an exciting new nightclub located in Dubai, offering authentic international cuisine and a vibrant dining experience. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef who is an expert in traditional dishes to join our culinary team and bring the rich flavors to life for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

:

Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic, well known international dishes. Develop and refine the menu. Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Manage kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff, inventory control, and food preparation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are followed. Innovate and introduce new dishes or variations and keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor food costs and optimize kitchen efficiency without compromising on quality. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create seasonal and special event menus.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a chef. Extensive knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality. Strong leadership and team management skills. Creativity in menu development and presentation. Fluency in English is preferred; Arabic is a plus. Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar environment in the UAE is a plus.
