Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Design and execute menus across multiple cuisines
Ensure top standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Control costs and manage kitchen inventory
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Expertise in at least three international cuisines (e.g., Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
