Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
Specialization in
international cuisine

Strong leadership, team management, and kitchen coordination skills
Ability to create menus and recipes based on seasonal and cultural preferences
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute a variety of dishes
Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met
Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control
Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with UAE regulations
Work closely with management to develop seasonal and promotional menus
Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
