Head Chef (International Cuisine)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Restaurant Manager / General Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for designing innovative menus that reflect our international concept, managing all kitchen operations, and delivering a culinary experience that exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create menus, specials, and seasonal offerings for our international cuisine concept.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Manage inventory, food costing, and kitchen budgeting to ensure profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the kitchen team (Sous Chefs, CDPs, Commis).
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Source high-quality, fresh ingredients and build relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with a strong background in international cuisines.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  • Creative flair and a passion for food innovation and trends.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert knowledge of modern cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • In-depth understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
