About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate, innovative Indian Cuisine Head Chef to join a premium dining concept in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be young, energetic, and open to R&D and experimentation, with a strong eye for contemporary plating and fusion menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead the Indian kitchen operations with a focus on modern presentation and contemporary plating.

? Design and execute fusion and contemporary Indian menus aligned with market trends and customer preferences.

? Conduct R&D to innovate dishes and experiment with new recipes and techniques.

? Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols.

? Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.

? Monitor kitchen inventory, portion control, and cost management.

? Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special promotions.

? Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through consistent product quality and presentation.

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Indian Cuisine.

? Expertise in fusion menu development and contemporary plating styles.

? Strong R&D skills and willingness to experiment with new dishes and ingredients.

? Maximum age: 40 years.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and creativity.
