to lead our Persian concept.

Job Summary:

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the

entire kitchen operation

, curating a

refined and authentic Persian menu

, and driving

culinary innovation

while maintaining the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff Design and develop authentic, creative, and visually appealing

Persian dishes

Innovate seasonal and special menus to keep the offering fresh and relevant Maintain food cost, portion control, and kitchen efficiency Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations Collaborate with management on promotions, menu pricing, and food presentation Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold brand standards Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality at all times

Requirements:

Proven expertise in

Persian/Iranian cuisine

with strong knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and traditions Minimum 8 years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership roles Ability to think creatively and execute

out-of-the-box culinary ideas

Hands-on, proactive leadership style - leads by example Strong communication and team management skills Passion for food innovation and customer satisfaction Experience in high-volume, fine/casual dining restaurants is preferred
