Key Responsibilities:
Design bake and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and bakery standards.
Prepare frostings fondant and decorative elements with precision and creativity.
Ensure all products are fresh visually appealing and meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow food safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and fulfill orders on time.
Stay updated on current cake design trends and techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cake Decorator Cake Artist or Pastry Chef.
Excellent skills in fondant buttercream and other decorating techniques.
Strong attention to detail and artistic ability.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders.
