Whether it's athletes cooling down post-match, fitness enthusiasts grabbing a power bite, or high-profile clients enjoying clean comfort food - we're here to serve delicious, conscious, and premium nutrition.

We're looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Chef to lead our kitchen and help us craft something truly special.

- Your Role

As Head Chef, you will oversee the full culinary operation of our small but mighty kitchen. You'll work closely with our founder and creative team to bring a forward-thinking, healthy food vision to life - across multiple verticals including in-house dining, delivery, pantry items, and meal plans.

- What We're Looking For

Proven experience running a small-to-medium kitchen with multiple streams

Deep understanding of healthy, conscious cuisine and ingredient sourcing

Passionate about flavor, quality, freshness, and presentation

Customer-facing mindset - you'll interact directly with our guests and community

Comfortable managing daily ops while supporting sales and customer engagement

Skilled in menu development based on seasonality, performance nutrition, and creativity

High energy, calm under pressure, and motivated to build a brand that stands out

Healthy Food Truck (on-site and for events)

Custom Meal Plans for Mantra's wellness clientele

Retail Pantry Items (grab-and-go, snacks, bottled drinks)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
