Job Description
We are looking for a creative Cake Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for cake artistry, with strong skills in both traditional cake decorating and advanced cake carving and sculpting. You will be responsible for designing and creating visually stunning, custom cakes that exceed client expectations and bring sweet dreams to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, decorate, and carve cakes for all occasions including birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and themed parties Collaborate with clients and team members to bring custom cake visions to life Use a variety of tools and techniques to sculpt cakes into 3D shapes and figures Work with buttercream, fondant, ganache, gum paste, and other decorating mediums Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards Stay current with cake trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve skills Assist with baking and other pastry prep as needed Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, especially during peak seasons
Qualifications:
cake sculpting, structural cake building, and advanced decoration techniques Creative eye for color, texture, and overall presentation Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From AED2,800.00 per month
