Lead Brand and Corporate Communications for the bank globally.
Deliver on agreed targets and KPIs for the brand and communications.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications for necessary support in the development and execution of the Bank's brand and communication strategy.
This includes PR, employee communication and close collaboration with the various bank wide stakeholders including members of the EXCO team and other business and support functions.
Knowledge Management for crucial organisation-wide communication, including, but not limited to process ownership, formulation and corporate communication, executive leadership content (internal and external speeches) and external interface for brand communications, awards, and external storytelling
