The Head BPA -Tech Ops works as a finance business partner for Technical Operations, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain function by providing key financial information, tools, analysis and business insights to stakeholders. Responsible for supporting production activity control to meet business and financial objectives. Work with Operations to plan and manage production tasks to improve runtime. Review production plans to identify and report potential risks. Should be in the forefront in developing a robust production plan, and inventory control technique together with Technical Operations Team, be strong partner of the S&OP process, to maximize supply to markets in the most efficient way for the Company. At the same time, he will be leading the financial support for all Investments related to the Company. The candidate needs to bring deep knowledge in cost accounting, including good knowledge on ERP/SAP.
Business Operations
Works as a Finance business partner:
Develop and lead plant performance reporting as a way to liaison with Chief Technical Operations.
for Operations Management, production, supply chain, and procurement functions by providing key financial information, tools, analysis and business insights to stakeholders.
Develop, implement and roll out proper efficiency and variance cost analysis in the company for proper understanding of monthly performance in manufacturing operations.
Responsible for Inventory Finance reporting and analysis, including:
Plan inventory management technique to avoid any shortages and excesses.
Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
Identify production cost reduction opportunities and guide operations management towards cost efficiency improvements.
Responsible for supporting the CAPEX plan of the company including proper controlling and monitoring, working together with the Engineering Team.
Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives.
Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and resolving production planning problems.
Investigate production control problems, analyses root causes, and derive solutions.
Provide input from Finance perspective for equipment & material requirements to support production planning.
People Interface & Support
Responsible to build and lead the Production Controlling team. (between 2 to 4 FTEs)
Build the concept of \xe2\x80\x98Production Control\xe2\x80\x99 from Finance perspective and create a step by step process map for better & efficient implementation
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Finance, Operation, Supply Chain, Procurement and train them on \xe2\x80\x98Production Control\xe2\x80\x99 concept wherever needed.
Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst colleagues.

Job Requirements Minimum 12 years of total experience in Pharmaceutical / large Manufacturing industry having at least 5+ years of experience in similar role is essential. Proficiency in MS office management and accounting software
Qualification Master\'s degree in accounting or equivalent, MBA Finance is a plus
