Role: Head Business Planning & Analysis

Reports to: CFO

Location: RAK

Experience: 12+ years with 5 years in finance techops & team management of 3 SMEs

Qualification: MBA Finance or Graduation + Cost Accounting, ICWA, CMA

Industry: Pharma \xe2\x80\x93 Branded Generics Manufacturing, preferably with Middle East experience.

Exposure: Costing Performance, Standard Costing, Cost per Unit. Product Costing

Competences: Proper balance between deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking and business partnering, with good communication skills.

Technical: Advanced SAP expertise

Skills: Ability to make and manage changes. Drive performance beyond finance. Exceptional business partnering skills, able to lead together with CTO and TechOps leadership team.

Nationality: Any

Compensation: AED.35k per month fixed salary + annual bonus + schooling assistance and self-benefits only.

• 40 years old company in pharmaceutical manufacturing, HQ in RaK
• Present across 50 countries, employees 2500-3000 people
• Produces more than half a million medicine boxes a day, including tablets (generic medicines, branded generics, and over-the-counter medicines, as well as APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients), syrups, suspensions, creams and injectables, and vaccines.

About the role:

The Head BPA will work as Finance business partner for techops, manufacturing, procurement and SC function.

• Should build production plans and inventory control techniques with the technical operations team.
• Manage production tasks to improve runtime and review production plans.
• Maximize supply to markets by partnering with S&OP
• Deep knowledge in cost accounting, including good knowledge on ERP/SAP.

It has 13 internationally accredited facilities that produce more than half a million medicine boxes a day, including tablets, syrups, suspensions, creams and injectables, and vaccines. It has an extensive portfolio of generic medicines, branded generics, and over-the-counter medicines, as well as APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients). They develop and manufacture medicines and supplements for everything from the common cold to diabetes.

About the role:

The Head BPA -Tech Ops works as a finance business partner for Technical Operations, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain function by providing key financial information, tools, analysis and business insights to stakeholders. Responsible for supporting production activity control to meet business and financial objectives. Work with Operations to plan and manage production tasks to improve runtime. Review production plans to identify and report potential risks. Should be in the forefront in developing a robust production plan, and inventory control technique together with Technical Operations Team, be strong partner of the S&OP process, to maximize supply to markets in the most efficient way for the Company. At the same time, he will be leading the financial support for all Investments related to the Company. The candidate needs to bring deep knowledge in cost accounting, including good knowledge on ERP/SAP.
