Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with expertise in masonry and painting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, and improving residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform masonry repairs, including brickwork, plastering, tiling, and concrete patching. Carry out painting tasks such as surface preparation, priming, and finishing. Inspect work sites to assess repair requirements and provide accurate estimates. Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. Assist with other general maintenance and repair tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman, mason, or painter. Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools. Proficient in various painting methods and finishes. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
