Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operational and production costs across outlets and departments.
Prepare, analyze, and report on
cost variances
,
profit margins
, and
budget performance
.
Review and verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, and material usage.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Maintain cost databases and ensure proper allocation of expenses.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare
costing reports, food cost analysis, and menu pricing studies
for management review.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Support the finance team in month-end closing and management reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a
Cost Controller or Cost Accountant
, preferably in the
F&B or hospitality industry
.
Strong understanding of
costing methods, inventory control, and financial analysis
.
Proficient in
MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software
.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
