Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
coordinate with construction, MEP, QA/QC, and finishing teams to verify that the unit or building is 100% complete. Conduct snagging inspections. Ensure utilities (water, electricity, AC, fire systems) are active and functioning Conduct walkthroughs with property buyers and explain unit features, warranties, and systems. Address customer snags/complaints before the official handover. Guide clients through documentation, keys, access cards, and welcome packs. Validate that all construction work adheres to design, specifications, and brand standards. Check workmanship quality in finishing, MEP, and common areas. Ensure defects are rectified within acceptable timelines before handover. Liaise with construction, facility management, customer care, and sales teams. Manage snag lists and coordinate rectification teams. Monitor and report progress of units ready for handover.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
