Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the handover process for fit-out and custom joinery works
? Conduct inspections, snagging, and de-snagging prior to client walkthroughs
? Conduct pre-handover inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, material approvals, and workmanship standards.
? Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project close-out
? Ensure all works meet project specifications, QA/QC standards, and authority regulations
? Handle DLP (Defects Liability Period) process and follow up on rectifications
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
? Minimum 3 years' experience in interior fit-out & joinery (GCC experience preferred)
? Strong knowledge of custom furniture, joinery detailing, and finishing materials
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and snagging tools (SnagR, PlanGrid, etc.)
? Excellent coordination and communication skills
