Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities



Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth handover of projects Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications for handover process Provide training and support to end users on utilizing project deliverables post-handover Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the handover process Maintain accurate records and documentation of all handover activities Continuously improve handover processes and procedures based on feedback and lessons learned Develop detailed handover procedures and documentation to ensure all project deliverables are met Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project standards and specifications Participate in project meetings and provide updates on handover progress Ensure timely completion of handover process to meet project deadlines

Requirements



Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field Certifications in project management or handover processes preferred At least 2-4 years of experience in handover engineering for construction projects Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus * Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
