Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control entry/exit of personnel in confined spaces.
Ensure all workers comply with safety rules, PPE usage, and permit-to-work requirements.
Continuously observe activities inside the confined space and raise alarms in case of emergencies.
Maintain constant communication with workers inside confined spaces and the safety team.
Verify atmospheric testing results before and during confined space work.
Keep accurate records of personnel working inside confined spaces.
Immediately report unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents to the Safety Supervisor.
Assist in emergency response, evacuation, and rescue procedures when required.
Support HSE officers in implementing company and client safety standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Hall Watcher / Confined Space Watcher in Oil & Gas projects is required.
Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
Should be ready to join immediately.
Strong understanding of HSE standards, confined space monitoring, and safety procedures is essential.
