Gym Membership Consultant
to join our team. You'll be responsible for promoting memberships, delivering excellent customer service, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals. We preferfemale candidates
for this position.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential members in person, by phone, and via email. Conduct facility tours and explain membership options and promotions. Meet or exceed monthly sales and renewal targets. Provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries and assisting with account management. Build and maintain strong relationships to support member retention. Maintain accurate member records and prepare regular sales reports. Support marketing and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in
sales or customer service
, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
with a passion for fitness. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency inmembership management systems
and MS Office. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). Willingness torelocate to Sharjah
