Job Description

Sales & Membership Acquisition

: Actively promote gym memberships to potential clients through various sales strategies and techniques.

Customer Service

: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients' fitness goals.

Lead Generation

: Identify and engage potential leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.

Tours & Consultations

: Conduct gym tours for prospective members and provide detailed information about services, facilities, and membership plans.

Membership Processing

: Assist clients in selecting the best membership options, process sign-ups, and handle related administrative tasks.

Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall gym growth and membership retention.

Follow-Up

: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and current members to encourage renewals and referrals.

Promotions & Offers

: Keep clients informed about current promotions, discounts, or special events to encourage memberships.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other gym staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide excellent client experiences.

Market Research

: Stay up to date with competitor offerings and industry trends to suggest improvements to membership strategies.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of memberships, sales, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

Gym Membership Consultant: 1 year (Preferred)
