AB Fitness Gym is a growing fitness facility in Dubai offering premium training programs, group classes, and personal coaching. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and support membership growth.

Role Overview:

The Gym Membership Sales Associate will welcome new members, provide information about gym services, and assist clients in choosing membership plans. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in clients and provide detailed information about membership options. Assist customers in selecting plans that fit their goals and preferences. Conduct gym tours and highlight key facilities and services. Maintain accurate records of leads and membership sign-ups. Follow up with interested prospects through calls and messages. Support the team during promotional activities and events. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Collaborate with management to achieve monthly membership targets.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years experience in sales, customer service, or front-desk roles (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, friendly, and professional personality. Interest in fitness and wellness. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Basic computer and CRM skills.
