Job Requirements
1-2 years of front office experience in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment
Fluency in English and Italian (verbal and written)
Working knowledge of Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office tools
Confident in managing guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural work setting
