Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out procedures
Handle payments and billing accurately while protecting guest privacy
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining a professional and courteous manner
Promote hotel services using suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experiences
Coordinate with Spa, Health Club, and Experience Teams to assist with guest reservations and questions
Resolve guest complaints and special requests in a timely and satisfactory manner
Attend regular trainings and comply with Jumeirah SOPs and service standards
Job Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Reception role within a luxury 5-star property
Additional experience in Food & Beverage or guest services is highly desirable
Fluency in English; Russian or another European language is a plus
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
