Provide up-to-date information on resort services, spa, leisure facilities, and promotions
Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely guest requests and reservations
Follow company SOPs and attend training sessions to uphold service excellence
Job Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a front office or receptionist role within a 5-star luxury property
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office tools
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering guest-centric service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and handle sensitive situations with discretion
