Job Overview
As a Guest Services Executive (Receptionist), you will be the first point of contact for guests at Jumeirah Al Naseem. You will manage arrivals, departures, guest queries, and booking assistance while ensuring a seamless and personalized stay for every visitor. Your communication skills and attention to detail will define the standard of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and manage check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations
  • Process payments, maintain confidentiality, and ensure billing accuracy
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
  • Provide up-to-date information on resort services, spa, leisure facilities, and promotions
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely guest requests and reservations
  • Follow company SOPs and attend training sessions to uphold service excellence
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a front office or receptionist role within a 5-star luxury property
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering guest-centric service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and handle sensitive situations with discretion
