Job Overview
The Guest Services Executive will act as the key point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional concierge services. This includes handling reservations, guest inquiries, travel arrangements, and coordinating with departments to provide seamless, five-star experiences aligned with Jumeirah standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transport, tours, and personalized services
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and hospitality
• Provide clear and up-to-date information on hotel offerings and external attractions
• Apply suggestive selling techniques to promote premium services and enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely fulfillment of special requests and amenities
• Maintain accurate records, uphold brand standards, and attend regular trainings

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star hotel; UAE experience preferred
• Proficient in English; additional language skills such as Russian or European languages are desirable
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, and Sevenrooms platforms
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a multicultural team and high-paced hospitality environment
