Follow Jumeirah SOPs for communication, service, and escalation protocols
Maintain updated logs and guest history to support personalized service
Handle complaints tactfully and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
Attend service briefings, training sessions, and knowledge refreshers regularly
Job Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar concierge or guest services role within a 5-star luxury hotel
Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Sevenrooms
Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or other European languages preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and service mindset
Comfortable in multicultural environments and fast-paced hospitality settings
