Job Overview
As Guest Services Executive - Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for VIPs and international travelers, delivering curated guest experiences and handling requests with efficiency and charm. You'll work closely with front office, transportation, dining, and entertainment teams to ensure seamless service from arrival to departure.
What You'll Do

• Handle concierge services including tour bookings, transportation, restaurant reservations, and entertainment arrangements
• Provide accurate and personalized information to guests in person, by phone, or through email
• Manage guest requests with professionalism and speed, ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Utilize Opera Cloud and Sevenrooms systems to record and manage bookings and preferences
• Promote hotel offerings and upsell services in a way that adds value for guests
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of concierge services
• Participate in training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jumeirah standards

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury 5-star hotel concierge or guest services role
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or other European languages is a plus
• Skilled in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office, and hospitality systems like Sevenrooms
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment
