Job Overview

As the Guest Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every guest has a seamless and memorable stay. You will oversee a portfolio of holiday home apartments, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and property maintenance while upholding our high hospitality standards. You will go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Check-ins/Check-outs

Communicate with guests before arrival to coordinate a smooth check-in. Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Provide a warm farewell during check-out and collect guest feedback. Maintain a high guest review score through exceptional service and relationship-building. Go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction, addressing their needs proactively.

Portfolio & Property Management

Manage a portfolio of holiday home apartments, ensuring operational excellence. Coordinate with building developers to ensure efficient guest check-ins and checkouts. Oversee housekeeping schedules and property maintenance work. Maintain a strict inventory of furniture.

Guest Relations & Problem Resolution

Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide guests with information about the apartment, local attractions, and city highlights. Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and property conditions.

Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth

Strive to enhance knowledge, skills, and service standards.

Requirements

UAE Driving License (mandatory), having a car is highly preferable. Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus). Familiarity with property management software, reservation systems, and MS Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
