Position Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Elite Banking mortgage client portfolio, ensuring compliance with FAB's lending policies and procedures
• Review individual mortgage applications from Sales & Distribution teams for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze financial data and risk to determine creditworthiness and decision support
• Coordinate with the Mortgage Unit to lodge and finalize mortgage security documentation
• Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Credit) for smooth processing and disbursements
• Respond promptly to queries from the Mortgage Unit and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor early warning signals and proactively recommend remedial measures
• Maintain client engagement and relationship management to deliver high satisfaction
• Assist in maximizing portfolio revenue while adhering to service standards and regulatory frameworks
• Proactively support efforts to minimize risk through restructuring, rate changes, and repayment planning
• Maintain professional communication and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance workflow

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field (relevant certifications a plus)
• Minimum 10 years' experience in mortgage operations, credit analysis, or elite banking portfolios
• Deep knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and internal credit policy frameworks
• Strong command over financial reporting, mortgage documentation, and risk evaluation
• Excellent communication skills-verbal and written-combined with team collaboration ability
• Proficient in analytical tools and business application systems for report generation
• Customer-first approach with a proven track record in client portfolio management
• Effective multitasking and time management under pressure in a high-stakes environment
