Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new retail clients by understanding their financial needs and aligning banking solutions accordingly
• Develop and maintain account plans and ensure continuous updates on pipeline and customer development
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
• Conduct client meetings and deliver excellent service to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction
• Promote cross-selling by working closely with internal product teams
• Maintain in-depth awareness of clients' portfolios, usage of services, and potential upselling opportunities
• Coordinate internally with Operations, Legal, Risk, and other departments to meet client servicing expectations
• Ensure full adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks, as well as FAB's internal policies

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail customer relationship management
• Mandatory certifications: CISI Level 3 and UAE Rules & Regulations (SCA certification)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and portfolio management skills
• Excellent understanding of retail banking products and UAE regulatory environment
